Having gained the confidence, Azra embarked on designing and building a brand-new house nearby with slight Tudor and Tarrant style, which included the implementation of leaded designed windows.

Hawkshill house was built on the existing garage plot, and it grew into a successful and stunning spacious 3 stories family home.
It has stood the test of time but after 20 odd years it is currently undergoing slight modernisation and redevelopment of the garden space.
